Sending us your advert? Use this checklist:
- Check your creative is the correct dimensions... i.e. banner 468 x 60 pixels
- Check your creative has the correct file size
- If your creative is in Flash - does it contain the click tag? (see below).
Flash notes - clickTag
Please note that our new ad serving software requires the clickTag and targetTag parameters in order for us to track click-thru rates. You should include the following code on your click-thru button:

Your expandable banner should be delivered in two parts:
- A 468x60 initial delivery which can be GIF, JPEG or Flash format
- A 468x300 expanded ad which must be Flash format
- The expanded ad will completely replace the initial ad on roll over. It will then revert back on roll out.
- Your ad may be shown with transparency ON, so you should include a white/coloured layer as the background to your ad since the movie background colour will not be visible.
Important Notes:
If you supply creative as an HTML advert tag, Digital Scotland requires log in access to campaign performance, or consistent weekly reports sent by email.
